Unlike a shared Internet hosting account in which the information is backed up by the hosting company, if you employ a virtual or a dedicated server you will have to keep manual backups as this sort of a service is not included by default. As excellent as a hosting server might be, there's always a possibility that something may go wrong. As an example, you may delete some content by mistake or a script-driven app may get corrupted after an update. If you have a backup, you'll not have to bother about this kind of problems as the content could be easily restored. Considering that it may not be quite handy to do this all of the time on your end, we offer an optional backup service for each of our web server solutions and we shall store a copy of your content on an individual hosting server to make sure that it is unharmed no matter what. With the upgrade, you can work on your machine without having to worry that you could lose any information due to any reason.

Weekly Backup in Dedicated Servers

If you get one of our dedicated servers and you decide that you would like a backup of your content, you can add this service with a few mouse clicks and our system shall start keeping copies on a weekly basis straight away. You'll be able to get the upgrade alongside the web server or at some point later on through your billing CP in case that you don't need backups from the start. The service shall give you fifty gb of disk space on a separate machine and this content can be restored on our end. Even though we test out the hardware and the software before we hand over any new dedicated server, you could never know if some update won't go wrong, so in the event you have critical information on the server, you'd be better off with this upgrade. Backups are also available with the Managed Services upgrade, which incorporates a lot of other useful administration tasks we offer to our clients.
